The MindSave Refund Policy
A MindSave order may be refunded within sixty days of purchase. Every bottle from the order goes back, empty ones included, at the buyer's postage cost and by a tracked service. The return is credited on arrival, the refund is issued three to five business days later, and the card takes a further five to ten.

How to open a MindSave refund
Call support first
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from the order email and say you want to return. Opening the return before the bottles move is what keeps the claim inside the sixty days.
Post the bottles back, empty or full

The money reaches the card
A further five to ten days for the card issuer. The refund is the price paid for the product, with nothing deducted for handling.
When a MindSave refund cannot be processed
- After the sixty-day window has closed. The date of purchase is the date on the order email.
- Without an order ID, because the return cannot be matched to a payment.
- For a bottle bought somewhere other than this website. A marketplace purchase carries that marketplace's returns policy.
- For return postage, which is the buyer's cost in every case.
