MindSave Disclaimer
MindSave is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not FDA-approved and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not a treatment for dementia, Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment, and no page on this website describes it as one.
This page carries every disclaimer that applies, in one place.
The FDA disclaimer that applies to MindSave
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That wording is set by 21 CFR 101.93, and the FDA's own page explains why it is required: because only a drug can legally make a disease claim. The three things this label supports are structure and function statements and they are the ceiling on everything said here.
The MindSave results disclaimer
Individual results vary. Sleep, food, activity, hearing and any prescribed treatment all still matter, and a capsule does not replace them.
Review lines on this website are supplied by buyers, describe those individuals' own experiences, and are not typical results or a promise that anyone else will experience the same thing. MindSave has not been the subject of a published clinical trial as a finished product.
The National Institute on Aging puts the category ceiling plainly: no vitamin or supplement is currently recommended for preventing Alzheimer's or other forms of cognitive decline.
The MindSave disclaimer about ingredients and amounts
Two published documents describe what is in MindSave and they list different formulas. This desk asserts neither as the contents. Both are printed, compared and acted on where a reader at risk will meet them: on the label page, the safety page and the suitability page.
Every trial amount quoted anywhere on this website describes the study it came from and not this capsule, and it is kept in a column headed “What studies used” for exactly that reason. No figure from the label panel is printed anywhere as this bottle's contents.
21 CFR 101.36 sets out what a Supplement Facts panel is required to carry. This desk cites the rule so a reader can compare it with what they can see, and makes no allegation about compliance, because it has not held a physical panel.
Who should not take MindSave
- A dietary supplement, not a drug, and not FDA-approved.
- A capsule. Not a gummy, not a powder and not liquid drops.
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- For healthy adults aged 18 and over. Not for anyone under 18.
- Not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
- Do not take more than the label states.
- Individual results vary. Sleep, food and activity still matter.
- Money back is a purchase policy, not a promise about how anyone will feel.
Supplements and medicines taken together can increase an effect, reduce it, or interact in ways that matter. Anyone taking prescription medication, and anyone with a diagnosed condition, should raise the eight names with their prescriber before the first capsule. MedlinePlus is a reasonable starting point on what a dietary supplement is and how it is regulated.
The label's own caution, quoted. Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.
Who publishes this MindSave disclaimer
Four claims, and they are the ones a sceptical reader can audit in ten minutes:
- The bottle is the source. The eight names, the capsule count, the serving direction and the caution block come from the printed label and the supplier’s artwork. Prices, shipping lines, bonus titles and the guarantee wording come from the seller’s own order page, read on 19 September 2026.
- Research amounts live in a column of their own, headed “What studies used”, beside a column that says what the label prints. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
- Sources are cited against their own population. Where a trial was run in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Themindsave is the USA Authorized MindSave Retailer named at the top of this page and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the note on what a list of eight names is worth, the three-star reviews and the plain statement that MindSave is not a treatment for anything are here: they are where our interest and yours pull apart. Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds and is never a way to place an order; orders go through the checkout only.
