Is MindSave Legit? 7 Checks Before You Order
Every supplement page asks you to trust it. This one would rather you checked. Here are seven checks, in order, that you can run in about ten minutes with the official pages open.
MindSave is a real once-daily capsule sold by Themindsave, a New York retailer that is not the manufacturer. Seven checks decide whether you trust it: the seller, the maker, the label, the claims, the guarantee, outside opinion and the gaps. FDA approval is not something supplements receive.
- Seller: Themindsave, the USA Authorized MindSave Retailer, in New York. It is not the manufacturer.
- Form: one capsule a day, 30 capsules in a bottle, for adults 18 and over.
- Guarantee: 60 days from purchase on every pack, and empty bottles are accepted.
- Open issue: two published ingredient lists disagree, and one of them carries caffeine.
- Status: a dietary supplement. Not FDA approved, and never tested as a finished product in a published trial.
- Not published: the manufacturer's name, a laboratory certificate and the shipping amount before checkout.
What are we really asking when we ask if a supplement is legit?
Not that the capsule works. Nobody can promise that, and a seller who tries is waving a red flag. For a supplement, the word shrinks to something more useful. Is the seller real and easy to reach? Is the label straight with you? Are the claims modest? Can you get your money back if it is not for you?
Searches such as MindSave scam, MindSave real or fake and MindSave fact check all come down to those four questions, which drive the seven checks below. The table gives the score first, so you can jump to whichever check worries you most.
| Check | What the pages show | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The seller | Named retailer, two contact routes, a New York office | Published |
| 2. The maker | The supplier calls itself a stocking partner; no manufacturer name | Not published |
| 3. The label | Two ingredient lists that do not agree | Open issue |
| 4. The claims | Memory, focus and everyday performance only | Modest |
| 5. The guarantee | 60 days, written steps, return postage on the buyer | Published |
| 6. Outside opinion | No third-party ratings are published here | Check it yourself |
| 7. The gaps | No laboratory certificate, no finished-product trial | Not published |
Check 1: Who is selling MindSave, and can you reach a person?
Begin with the plain things. A seller you can reach has less room to hide. Themindsave calls itself the USA Authorized MindSave Retailer and works out of New York. Its office is at 2 Park Avenue, Floor 20, New York, NY 10016, and returns go to 550 Madison Avenue, Floor 27, New York, NY 10022.
Two routes, two jobs. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 when you need someone who can see an order, whether for tracking, a new address, a cancellation or a refund. Write to [email protected] about the pages themselves, corrections, privacy or press; it is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. That inbox cannot look up an order or open a refund.
New orders are not taken by phone or email. They run through the checkout, which passes you to the seller's own payment page, so no card number is typed into this website. A site that welcomes scrutiny behaves like this. A fake one tends to do the reverse, which makes it a good first test.
Check 2: Who makes MindSave?
The pages answer this one least well, so let us be straight about it. Themindsave sells the capsule and says outright that it did not formulate it. The supplier's own phrase for the arrangement is “U.S. stocking partner for MindSave”.
Who manufactures the capsule is not named anywhere on these pages, and neither is the factory. The label artwork shows a Good Manufacturing Practice seal and an FDA registered facility roundel, yet neither carries a certifier's name or an audit date. FDA registration means only that a facility filed paperwork. It is neither an approval nor an inspection result. The testing and quality page goes through all four marks.
So the honest reply to “who makes MindSave” is a supplier whose name this website does not print. If that is a deal-breaker for you, waiting is fair. If you buy anyway, lean on the 60-day guarantee.
Check 3: Does the label match the sales page?
Here is the awkward part, and the seller prints it openly. The sales page gives eight names and not one amount. There are two vitamins (niacinamide and vitamin B6), two amino acids (GABA and L-tyrosine), a botanical (bacopa monnieri), a choline source (alpha GPC), a phospholipid (phosphatidylserine) and a plant alkaloid (huperzine A).
The printed label artwork shows another formula, with amounts. Its blend begins with caffeine from green coffee bean extract, next to theacrine and theobromine. Only three names turn up in both documents: vitamin B6, L-tyrosine and bacopa monnieri.
The retail desk admits it cannot tell which formula ships, so it shows both and vouches for neither. That candour is rare, and it hands you one job: turn the bottle around and read its Supplement Facts panel before taking a capsule. Not what you expected? The guarantee lets you send the bottles back, empties too. Both lists sit side by side on the supplement facts page.

MindSave, on the official website
MindSave is a once-daily capsule, 30 to a bottle, and every pack carries the 60-day money-back guarantee. The checkout shows your total and any shipping before you pay.
See today's price and guaranteeDisclosure: Themindsave is the retailer and earns when an order is placed through this website.
Check 4: Are the claims modest enough to believe?
The claim stays inside three lanes: memory, focus and everyday cognitive performance. The FDA calls wording like this a structure and function statement, which a supplement may use without pre-approval. It is not a medical claim.
Now look for the reverse in any product you compare. Words such as cure, reverse, treat or prevent are the warning sign, and MindSave avoids them. It is not a treatment for dementia, Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. No published clinical trial has tested the finished capsule; the research quoted here concerns single ingredients.
The National Institute on Aging holds that no vitamin or supplement is advised today as a way to prevent Alzheimer's disease or other cognitive decline. A fair seller repeats that point, and this one does: its pages say MindSave is no treatment for any cognitive condition.
Check 5: Is the guarantee clear, and can you really use it?
A guarantee is only as good as its steps. These are the written terms.
| Term | What applies |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days, counted from the purchase date, on all packs |
| What goes back | All the bottles in the order; empties are fine |
| Fee | Nothing deducted, and no minimum use |
| Return postage | Paid by the buyer; tracked mail is wise |
| How to start | Phone the order line and quote the order ID before posting |
| Refund timing | Issued 3 to 5 business days after the credit, then 5 to 10 days to reach the card |
One honest caution. That same seller suggests sticking with it for three to six months, yet 60 days is a little under nine weeks. So the refund window shuts before the seller's own suggested trial is over. Nothing is hidden, because both statements sit on the guarantee page, but knowing it helps you choose a pack.
Check 6: What do outside review sites say about MindSave?
People search for MindSave on BBB, Trustpilot, Consumer Reports and Reddit. This website does not publish ratings, scores or complaints from any of those places, and it does not claim any exist. Check them yourself. Look at dates. Look for a pattern across many comments, not one loud voice. Be wary of any page that never mentions a downside.
The seller's own review page shows a 4.7 score across 1,071 written reviews and 6,304 orders, plus 86% who would recommend. It also notes that its star split works out to 4.46 and prints both numbers without forcing a match. Only eight individual reviewers appear. Half of them called it fair at the one-month mark and said week one had felt too quiet.
Treat those numbers as the seller's own account. They are not an outside audit.
Check 7: What is still not published?
A good check ends with the gaps. These are the things you will not find on the official pages.
- The name of the manufacturer, and where the capsule is made.
- A laboratory certificate of analysis. Lot MIN-26/TH-5482 and certificate reference MIN-5482-26-TH are filing references, not laboratory proof.
- Any independent test result for the finished capsule.
- Which of the two ingredient lists is the formula that ships.
- The shipping amount on the two-bottle and three-bottle orders. It appears only at checkout.
- A published clinical trial of the finished product.
None of that proves a scam. It does mean your trust has to rest on the guarantee and on the bottle in your hand, not on paperwork you cannot see.
Frequently asked questions
Is MindSave a scam?
Nothing on the official pages points to one, though no page can prove a negative. What it does show is a reachable New York retailer, a written 60-day guarantee with steps, and frank admissions about gaps. No manufacturer is named and no laboratory certificate is published, so lean on the guarantee.
Is MindSave real or fake?
The capsule is a genuine product sold in bottles of 30. Fake sites often hide their contacts and take orders by email. Here every order goes through the checkout, and the order line is +1 (302) 200-3480. When the bottle arrives, read the lot code on its base.
Is MindSave FDA approved?
No. The FDA approves no dietary supplements, so none carries that status, MindSave included. A registered-facility roundel only shows that a filing was made.
Who makes MindSave?
Themindsave only retails it. No manufacturer is named in the published material, and the supplier's own label for the role is stocking partner.
Are there MindSave complaints?
This website carries no complaint data from outside sites. The seller's own review page shows two reviewers who wanted a quicker change and stopped at two bottles, and four of eight who found it fair after a month.
What if I buy and I am not happy?
Phone the order line and quote your order ID first. Then post all the bottles, empties included, to the returns address within 60 days of purchase. The postage is yours to pay.

Our view
MindSave looks like a real product from a seller you can reach, and the seller says several things against its own interest. It admits it is only the retailer. It prints two ingredient lists that disagree. It shows a review score next to a star split that does not match.
It is not proven the way a drug is. The maker is unnamed, no laboratory certificate is published, and the finished capsule has never been trialled. Those are real gaps, and you should weigh them.
Should you buy, do three small things. Pick a pack you would be comfortable returning, read the panel on the bottle before your first capsule, and keep the order email. We earn when orders come through this website, so judge our words with that in mind.

A plain note on what this is. MindSave is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing in this article says it is a treatment for dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment. Memory or thinking that changes in a way that worries you is a reason to see a doctor, not a reason to start a capsule. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use, above all if you take prescription medicine.
